The room was well-equipped. I appreciated having a minibar and a safe in the Beautiful Room City View. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). It included a wide selection of fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered a huge range of choices. It would satisfy even the most fussy eater. the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in their guests. I felt very welcome each morning. CAROLINA on the front desk gave us the warmest of welcomes. It set the standard for the rest of our stay. ALL of the staff were helpful. I felt supported throughout my visit.
The rooftop disco music was loud until 1 am. It made it impossible to sleep with an early flight. I had an 'upgraded' room, but the noise was UNBEARABLE. on the day of checking, the lobby was full of unhappy guests. The rooms were still not ready at 3 pm check-in time. the hotel excuse was that it was full. I felt this was not well-managed.

accommodation upgrade concierge team really good concierge dedicated staff
the staff upgraded our accommodations. they were able to accommodate both myself and my friends at the last minute. the concierge team, daniel and alfonso, worked with me leading up to my stay. raphael went to great lengths for my friends and myself (making our stay enjoyable).
the spa was limited. the check-in process took too long. the photos of the sky bar were deceptive.

the concierge provided great recommendations and was attentive to our needs. the staff delivered two small bottles of port and custard pies upon arrival. housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day.

the breakfast buffet offered a huge range of choices. the hotel has an upmarket restaurant with a fine dining experience. we enjoyed the live music and a light supper in the main lounge.

the room included a comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. the room had a well furnished interior, though it was not very large. the room included a shower over the bath.
